Important notice for diagnostics managers regarding updates:
Updating of PODS (the PROSE Diagnostics System) software is scheduled to
occur in the first 5 days of January, April, July, September, and November.
Please make sure that you have saved the data of your online consultations and surveys before those dates.
It is also advisable not to start diagnostics in those periods.

As a diagnostics manager you need to follow the PROSE rules of acceptable practice
(e.g. you need to link at least 5 respondents to one evaluation).

In case of problems, please consult your contact person in your organisation.
A valid online account of your organisation is required for you to log in.
Possibly your login has been changed, or the account has expired.
If necessary, the online access manager can contact PROSE for support on this matter.

The PROSE Online Diagnostics System is developed to be used with MS Internet Explorer. Functioning in other types of browsers is not guaranteed.
